Why Helping Women Discover Their Authentic Voice is Important to Me
For a long time, I didn’t feel like I could just be me. I picked up, from some subtle and sometimes real explicit lessons, that the ME that wanted to see the light of day was too powerful for most to handle so ME had to be tempered. In fact, the real issue was that I compromised my authentic voice because of fear — fear of disappointing loved ones, fear of not fitting in, fear of being alone, fear of not being able to take care of myself, fear of not being good enough. So, when folks asked for ME I often sent my representative instead. Meanwhile, my light dimmed and the ghost of the woman who lived inside me haunted me. I’m happy to share that my representative has been retired after nearly two decades of honorable service and a series of shifts about how I show up in this world. Now ME is thriving. And it’s all because I discovered and committed to continuously developing my authentic voice.

Our Agenda
Over the course of the two days we’re together, we’ll go through the three-step process I created for discovering and nurturing your authentic voice.
Day 1
You Discover Your Truth. This critical first step is all about self discovery. Through a series of activities, you will answer two essential questions: “Who am I?” and “Who am I becoming?” As you focus within and get clarity on who you are, you will be able to describe your values, your intentions, in your unique authentic voice!
Day 2
You Get in Alignment. In this step you’re identifying what’s missing in your life. Whether it be your joy, your career business, your relationships, or your health. Our work here is closing the gap between what you’ve identified as your truth, (your mission, purpose, the core of who you are) and the way you connect with others. You’ll begin to master the skills needed to stay in awareness of your inner voice and wield it to create a life that is authentic and keeps us moving towards your highest self.
We’ll end the retreat with the final step, Teach Your Truth. This is where the rubber meets the road so to speak and is the secret to continuous growth and development of your authentic voice. Delphinia will share her strategy for getting unstuck and moving through your comfort zone! You will learn how to move past fear, doubt, self-limiting and false beliefs, filters, and rejection. You will get to decide how you will share your truth with the world wherever you show up and with whomever you choose with comfort and acceptance.
